Welcome to Signature [at the Indianapolis Propylaeum]
The Propylaeum is a beautiful Victorian Club House, built in 1890 by a local business man. The well-maintained facility has five meeting rooms, seven private overnight guest rooms, a third floor ball room, and a professionally licensed kitchen. It is located in the Old North Side Neighborhood. Every effort has been taken to preserve the original integrity with historically correct restoration and decoration while incorporating modern day amenities to enhance the comfort of our members and guests. Rip it Up!!!
Combine your artistic talents and your need to release frustration in our new event! You will have the opportunity to make a tissue paper collage on one of the topics presented. (Look at the example and book your date). You will be greeted with a glass of wine or beer, experience a three course meal and then be guided through a "rip" roaring artistic adventure. Family Pinata Extravaganza
What could be more fun than coming to dinner and making a pinata with the kids. You will leave with one of 8 different creations that will be suitable for display or hold a party and enjoy the candy! It is a great treat for your kids and fun for all. You will have the choice of fruit or green salad, chicken, pork, pasta and our special brownie dessert. Gourmet Appreciation
This is a party that you will not want to miss. Limited to 48 people, this 10 course meal explores unique palate creations. From artichokes to zucchini you will love our executive chef's creations paired with a few good wines. The food keeps coming and the time is fun. Propylaeum PJ Party
Otherwise known as a "good night party." Come in your fancy pajamas ready to get the treatment of a lifetime. Tour the lovely mansion, enjoy a fabulous three course meal with wine...nosh on desserts and our experts will get your faces ready for bed. No make-up application is done, just a complete focus on looking ten years younger through a proper skin care routine. You will be amazed. You will leave looking great, and relaxed in a new skin. Dinner and treatment is $40. If you want to grab a few girlfriends and stay the night, rooms are at $89 and includes breakfast.

Oh my, it is time for beer. Everyone loved it last year so we are back at it. Come to the Propylaeum and experience why beers are so popular.

Five-Course Mystery Dinner and Wine Tasting
Dinner conversation is never boring when one enjoys a meal and a "whodunit." Enjoy a five course dinner as all at the table assume new personas and attempt to solve the crime dujour for $50 per person. With your meal you get 2 pours of wine while looking for clues. If you do not have $50 for the meal, we will see if there are dishes that need to be washed. Check out our menus and our plot lines. See if there is a little "Sherlock" in you. Tour the house starting at 6pm, dinner at 7pm and lasts about 3 hours. Each show takes place at the Indianapolis Propylaeum and features one of the following themes:

The President of the club is hosting a party at The Propylaeum to celebrate a successful year. She has invited selected staff to join in. Hired a magic show and puff the magician is dead! One of you did it.

Murder at The Propylaeum BBQ
The annual Propylaeum BBQ is cut short when the president of the club is found dead in the kitchen. The local residents have the task of solving the murder.

May-Day, The Plane is Going Down
What started out as a routine flight to the Galapagos Islands ended in disaster when the aircraft is forced to crash land on an uncharted island. Due to the skill of the pilot, everyone arrived unharmed...after pitching the tents, one person is found dead....natural causes or murder.

HELP! Solve the murder!
It is 1970, The Bottles are the most successful band ever. They shatter all records with their sell out world tour and sales of both albums and singles. There has been rumblings of band member unhappiness for some time, but it still rocked the world that they were going to split and go their separate ways. That means the end for The Bottles Pear Corp. venture which has been under financial stress for some time. The matter becomes worse when on a gig to play Market Square Arena in Indianapolis, Paulo Fone, a senior figure in the Pear Corps is found dead at The Propylaeum. Experience a night of Bottle Trivia, and solve the murder.......the foods will be favorites of the 70's. HELP us find the murderer.

Three-Course Dinner, Wine, and an Art Class
Enjoy an evening of dinner and wine paired with an art class at the Indianapolis Propylaeum for $38. This downtown location combines an elegant Victorian setting with delightfully decadent food. You'll be treated to a salad, your choice of three magnificent main courses, a glass of wine, and a divine dessert along with chocolate-dipped strawberries. Following your majestic meal, you'll create your own wonderful work of art under the guidance of an experienced painter. You'll leave feeling like you're walking on a cloud -- maybe like the one you just painted. Come at 6:30pm to look around and dinner starts promptly at 7pm and lasts about 2.5 hours.

Where the birthday child is "Queen or King for a Day"; the children get a crown, royal cup cakes, tea and a story. This is a very special party.
