Instructions

Step 1: Click link to open or download the PDF application.

Step 2: Once the PDF is open you can fill it out like an electronic form or print the application and fill it out by hand.

Step 3: If you fill out the application using the provided fields, click the button at the bottom of the application to activate the email. If you want to send the application throught the mail skip to step 9.

Step 4: If you click on the "Submit Application" button, on the application, it will open a dialog window. Read and select the option to best fits how you send your email. The file attached to your email or saved to your computer will be called... EmploymentApplication.fdf (note the letters at the end are fdf and not pdf).

Step 5: If you are using a desktop application for your email the To: address will be filled in as well as the subject. The application will be attached to the email automatically. You will just need to attach your resumé and finish your email by typing a message. If you use a web email service, like Google, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. Then you will need to send the application to info@occasionsdivine.com and manually attach the application file (EmploymentApplication.fdf) and resumé before sending your email.

IMPORTANT: The PDF form does not work properly in the Chrome browser so you will want to download the PDF first.
